Tiger Claw Karate Tourney

THE Foderingham’s Martial Arts Academy International will host the Tiger Claw Open Karate Championship today at Jean Pierre Complex Port of Spain.
Clubs from Trinidad and Tobago will be participating among other invited International Clubs from the Caribbean and the United States.
A statement form the club said: “The event will encourage more children in the sport, especially taking into consideration the high level of crime in the country.
We all need to help positively develop and nurture individuals from a young age to be responsible adults.”
The opening ceremony takes place from 9:30 a.m. with ‘Black Belt’ events: Team Kata, Weapon Kata, Breaking, Open-hand Kata and Self-Defence.
